The holidays are full of excitement and energy, but even with all the talk of cheer and peace, sometimes they seem too much for us to cheerfully handle. Fortunately there are some inexpensive things you can do to cut down on that stress and get back to enjoying your holiday.
If you like to host, try asking others to contribute a side dish or dessert. This cuts down on prep time and the overall food bill.
Step away from the tasks and lists by taking some time to go for a nature walk. It's healthy exercise and helps your mind relax.
Take time to organize and cut the clutter by donating things you've collected but no longer use. Living in a clean, organized space gives you a place to rest and relax peacefully.
